Residence permit for non-EU citizens

Citizens of non-EU, non-EFTA and non-OECD countries are required to apply for a temporary residence permit (or temporary residence and work) before the visa on the basis of which they are staying in Poland expires.

Documents required to submit an application:
Student

2. Copy of passport (all pages, even blank + 2 copies of photo page)
3. Confirmation of studies at the University of Gdańsk
4. Confirmation of tuition fee payment
5. Health Insurance
6. Proof of having sufficient financial support
7. Bank statement issued by a Polish bank
8. Confirmation of payment of PLN 340 to the bank account of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office
9. 4 biometric photos

Employee

2. Annex No. 1 – to be completed by the Human Resources Department (https://generator. gdansk. uw. gov. pl/wnioski/zalacznik-1)

5. Health insurance
6. Proof of having sufficient financial support
7. Account statement issued by polish bank
8. Confirmation of payment of PLN 440 to the bank account of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office
