To meet the needs and expectations of future students who will participate in the Erasmus+ or exchange program at our university, we would be grateful for your feedback.

Pre-departure tasks
Before leaving, please remember to collect your transcript of records from the Dean’s Office at your Faculty.
If you’ve been staying at one of our dorms, remember to inform the administration of the dorm about the date of your departure around a week before, so they could prepare the refund of the deposit.
You must also remember to:
- terminate your tenancy agreement
- terminate all your contracts (e.g. phone, internet)
- close your bank account
- pay all your liabilities
