Yes, when you are a graduate from Polish university, you are allowed to work in Poland without work permit. You can either apply for TRC as Looking for a job, or if you get a job, you can apply TRC as a worker with Attachment No.1. Please remember to apply before your current TRC expires.
Yes, your current TRC from another EU country allows you to stay in Poland up to 90 days within 180 days period. You must apply for TRC in Poland during the first 90 days of your arrival.
No, your student visa can apply for only TRC for study purpose in Poland. Your main task is to finish your study. Once you have received TRC or graduated from university, you will be able to apply for TRC for work purpose.
You can go back to your home country; however, you need to apply for a new visa to come back to Poland. Please be aware that current TRC process may infect your new visa application, you should inform voivodeship office to cancel your current case to assure you successfully visa again.
